| Abstract: | A case of chondroblastoma of the patella combined with an aneurysmal bone cyst is presented. Chondroblastoma of the patella is an uncommon, benign neoplasm. On the other hand, secondary aneurysmal bone cyst is frequently associated with giant cell tumour of chondroblastoma.
