家庭护理干预对肠造口患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨家庭护理干预对肠造口患者生活质量的影响.方法 将住院肠造口患者68例随机分为观察组和对照组各34例.对照组进行常规出院指导,出院后不施加护理干预;观察组在此基础上由有专科护理经验护士以家庭随访或电话询问等形式进行家庭护理干预,包括为患者及家属提供心理咨询、健康教育、护理指导等.每周1次,每次30～60 min,持续时间为3个月,3个月后两组分别采用问卷测评患者的生活质量.结果 干预后观察组患者综合评分明显高于对照组.结论 家庭护理干预能有效提高肠造口患者的生活质量.

The effect of family nursing intervention on quality of colostomy patients

Objective To investigate the effect of family nursing intervention on quality of life of colostomy patients. Methods Sixty eight inpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each with 34 patients. The control group was under the routine guidance, they were not imposed with any nursing intervention after discharge. The experimental group, after discharge, had specialist nurse to conduct intervention, for instance, family follow-up, and telephone interview in order to provide patients and family psychological consultation, health education and nursing guidance etc. Interventions period was 3 months, each intervention was conducted once a week, each for 30 ～60 minutes. After 3 months, each of the 2 groups'quality of life was accessed by evaluation questionnaire. Results After intervention, the experimental group had a significantly higher overall score than that of control group. Concluslons Family nursing intervention can significantly increase the quality of life of colostomy patients.
