透刺法为主治疗颈性眩晕症临床疗效观察及对脑血流速度的影响

目的：探讨透刺法为主治疗颈性眩晕症的临床疗效及其作用机理。方法：将120例颈性眩晕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。治疗组采用透刺法为主，对照组采用传统针刺法，进行对照观察。同时对治疗前后的脑血流速度变化用经颅多普勒超声观察。结果：治疗组总有效率：91．67％，对照组总有效率：78．33％。经统计学处理，两组疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。透刺法治疗后MCA、ACA、PCA最高平均血流速度明显改善，与同组治疗前比较P〈0．05或P〈0．01。治疗组与对照组治疗后比较P〈0．05，差异有显著意义。结论：透刺法为主治疗颈性眩晕症，能够改善眩晕症状，是目前治疗此疾病的有效方法之一。

Comparative study on cervical vertigo of brain blood flow mainly by point - through -point needling

Objective:To study the clinical therapeutic effect of point-through-piont acupuncture on cervical vertigo and its mechanisms.Methods:A total of 120 vertigo patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with point-throught-point acupuncture and the control group with a traditional needling method.Brain blood flow velocity was determined by TCD before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group,which was better than 78.33% in the control group(P<0.05).And the point-throught-point acupuncture could significantly improve MDA,ACA,PCA the highest mean blood flow velocity after treatment,than the group before trentment P<0.05 or P<0.01,with a significant difference between the two groups after treatment P<0.05.Conclusion:Point-throught-point acupuncture can be used in treatment of Cervical Vertigo.At present,it is one of the effective therapy for it.
