摘    要:客户关系管理(CRM)的有效实施,能够实现客户信息共享,深度挖掘客户需求,发现潜在客户,利用潜在的关联规则进行市场分析,并可对市场趋势进行较准确的分析。文章介绍了CRM在体检机构的具体实施方案,以便让市场营销人员、客户维护人员等所有与客户接触的一线人员都能共享,从而大幅度提高销售业绩与客户满意度。

Abstract:Implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) can share customer's information, mine customer's requirements, find potential customers, analyze market using potential relationship rule, and analyze market trend exactly. This paper introduced the concrete implementation plan of CRM in physical examination organization in order to share it among marketing personnel and customer maintenance personnel. Consequently, sales performance and satisfaction of customer will increase greatly.
