去氧孕烯炔雌醇（妈富隆）预防子宫内膜息肉术后复发的比较研究

目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇（妈富隆）用于宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后预防子宫内膜息肉（endometrial polyps，EPs）复发的临床疗效。方法2010年1月～2012年1月76例EPs宫腔镜术后处理根据患者意愿分为2组：对照组38例，官腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后不给予任何治疗；治疗组38例，宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后口服妈富隆3个疗程。2组随访6个月观察EPs复发情况。结果对照组术后复发8例（8／38，21．1％），月经改善24例（24／38，63．2％）；治疗组术后复发1例（1／38，2．6％），月经改善34例（34／38，89．5％），2组月经改善及术后复发均有统计学差异（x2=7．280，P=0．007；x2=4．537，P=0．033）。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后联合妈富隆治疗，有助于临床症状改善及预防EPs复发。

A Comparative Study of Marvelon for Preventing Postoperative Recurrence after Hysteroscopic Resection of Endometrial Polyps

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Marvelon on preventing recurrence of endometrial polyps （EPs） after hysteroscopic resection. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012, we performed hysteroscopic resection of EPs on 76 cases. They were divided into two groups according to patients＇ will after operation： control group （n = 38 ） and treatment group （n = 38）. In the control group, patients received no treatment after hysteroscopie surgery; in the treatment group, patients were given oral Marvelon for 3 courses. The two groups were followed up for 6 months to observe the recurrence of EPs. Results In the control group, recurrence was found in 8 cases （21.1%） and menstruation was improved in 24 cases（63.2% ） ; in the treatment group, recurrence was found in 1 case （2.6%） and menstruation was improved in 34 cases （89.5%）. There were significant differences in menstruation improvement and recurrence between the two groups （X2 = 7. 280, P = 0. 007; X2 = 4. 537, P = 0. 033）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection of EPs combined with Marvelon is helpful for the improvement of clinical symptoms and prevention of EPs.
