减肥胶囊对营养性肥胖大鼠血脂代谢水平的调节作用

目的:观察减肥胶囊对营养性肥胖大鼠血脂代谢水平的影响。方法:将77只雄性SD大鼠随机分为普食组和高脂组。高脂组喂饲高脂饲料8周,将复制成功的35只肥胖大鼠模型随机分为模型对照组、治疗组(高剂量组、低剂量组),治疗组给予减肥胶囊4周,疗程结束时观察疗效及血脂水平的变化。结果:模型对照组与普食组总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)相比较,P>0.05,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)相比较,P<0.05;高剂量组与模型对照组CHO、HDL-C、LDL-C相比较,P>0.05,TG相比较,P<0.05;低剂量组与模型对照组CHO、LDL-C相比较,P>0.05,TG、HDL-C相比较,P<0.05。相关性分析CHO、TG、LDL-C与肥胖程度没有直接关系,P>0.05;HDL-C与肥胖程度呈正相关。结论:减肥胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖病有较好疗效,并对血脂异常有较好调治作用。

Blood-lipid Metabolic Level of Nutritional Fat Rats Regulated by Slimming Capsule

Objective: To observe the influence of Slimming Capsule on blood-lipid metabolic level of nutritional fat rats.Methods: 77 male SD rats were randomly divided into diet group and high-fat group.High-fat group had been given high fat feed for 8 weeks,then 35 model fat rats were replicated and randomly divided into model control group and the treatment groups(large dosage group and small dosage group).Treatment groups were treated by Slimming Capsule for 4 weeks,then the curative effects and the changes of Blood-lipid level were observed.Results: Comparing between the effects to CHO,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and AI of model control group and those of the large dosage group,P>0.05,while comparing between TG and HDL-C of small dosage group and those of model control group,P<0.05.The distinctions of AI and HDL-C in model control group and control group were P<0.05,and those of CHO,LDL-C and TG were P>0.05.CHO,TG and LDL-C had no direct connections by relative analyzing,P>0.05.HDL-C and AI formed direct ratio with the degree of obesity.Conclusion: Slimming Capsule has a good effect on simple obesity,and a much better regulating effect on the abnormal blood-lipid level.
