| 摘 要： | 目的:观察降浊通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组(60例)用常规治疗,治疗组(60例)在常规治疗的基础上加用降浊通脉汤。结果:治疗组有效率为88.33%,对照组有效率为71.67%,两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:降浊通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of Jiangzhuo Tongmai Decoction in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease with blockage of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:120 patients with angina pectoris of coronary artery disease were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The latter were given routine treatment,while the former routine treatment and Jiangzhuo Tongmai Decoction.Results:The efficiency of the treatment group was 88.33% and that of the other group 71.67%.The difference between the two groups had apparent significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangzhuo Tongmai Decoction has significant curative effect in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease. |
