摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)重建技术在寰枢椎创伤中的应用价值。方法:对43例寰枢椎创伤应用64层螺旋CT重建图像资料进行回顾性分析,并与普通X线平片对比。结果:43例中,X线平片显示枢椎骨折19处、脱位14例(单纯脱位9例),未显示寰椎骨折;MSCT共显示寰枢椎骨折35处(寰椎骨折5例、枢椎骨折30处)、脱位18例(单纯脱位11例):其中MPR显示寰枢椎骨折35处、脱位16例,VRT显示寰枢椎骨折32处、脱位18例。X线和MSCT两种方法对检出寰枢椎骨折阳性率比较的χ2检验结果,存在统计学差异(χ2=14.06,P〈0.01)。结论:MSCT重建图像与普通X线平片相比,在寰枢椎创伤中有很高的应用价值,是对X线平片的有效补充。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of multi-slice CT(MSCT) technology in atlantoaxial trauma.Methods:Taking retrospective analysis to the data of the multi-slice CT(MSCT) technology which were used in the 43 cases of atlantoaxial trauma,and contrast with ordinary X-ray film.Results:In 43 cases,X-ray shows 19 axis fracture cases,14 dislocation cases(9 simple dislocation cases),MSCT shows 5 atlas fracture cases,30 axis fracture cases,18 dislocation cases(11 simple dislocation cases): MPR shows 35 atlantoaxial fracture cases.16 dislocation cases.VRT shows 32 atlantoaxial fracture cases.18 dislocation cases.Two methods(X-rag and MSCT) have statistically significant difference in the χ2 test results of positive rates of detecting atlantoaxial fracture.Conclusion:Compared with the ordinary X-ray plain film,MSCT image reconstruction has higher value in altantoaxial trauma,which is effective supplement of X-ray plain film.
