| 摘 要： | 目的：观察银甲散配合西药治疗Graves甲亢的远期临床疗效。方法：60例甲亢患者随机分为治疗组（银甲散加小剂量他巴唑）30例和对照组（他巴唑）30例，观察停药2年后的自身抗体免疫指标（TRAB、TGAB、TMAB）及复发情况。结果：两组停药2年后甲状腺特异性抗体的比较：对照组停药2年后TRAB、TGAb，TMAB活性明显高于治疗组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组复发率16．7％，对照组复发率42．4％。两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：银甲散通过调节自身免疫机制可减少停药后的复发。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the long-term effect of Yinjia powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of Graves hyperthyroidism. Method： 60 hyperthyroidism patients were randomly divided into 30 cases of treatment group （Yinjia powder added small dose of methimazole） and 30 cases of control group （methimazole）. TRAB, TGAB, TMAB and recurrence conditions after drug withdrawal for two years were observed. Result： After drug withdrawal for two years, control group＇s TRAB, TGAB and TMAB activities were significantly higher than treatment group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rates were 16.7% in treatment group and 42.4 % in control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yinjia powder can decrease the recurrence through the regulation of autoimmune mechanism |
