综合康复治疗脑卒中肩手综合征疗效分析

目的：为研究综合康复治疗脑卒中肩手综合征的疗效。方法：采取电针、推拿、物理方法等综合康复治疗措施。结果：肩手综合征分期标准的Ⅰ期（A组）与Ⅱ期（B组）比较疗效较佳，P〈0．05，有显著差异；有效率达90％以上；病程小于3个月（C组）与病程大于3个月而小于6个月（D组）两组疗效比较，P〈0．05，有显著性差异。结论：综合康复治疗脑卒中肩手综合征疗效与病程及分期有关，是肩手综合征较佳的治疗方法。

Efficacy Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on the Patients with Cerebral Stroke Accompanied with Shoulder-Hand Syndromes

Objective： To study the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on cerebral stroke accompanied with shoulder-hand syndromes. Methods：Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy such as electric acupuncture, massage and physical method was used in our hospital. Results ： The efficacy of the stage Ⅰ （ group A） of shoulder - hand syndromes staging criteria was significantly better than that of the stage Ⅱ （ group B） and there was significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate was more than 90%. Compared the efficacy of the two groups which the disease course was less than three months （group C）and more than three months but less than six months （group D）, there was significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for cerebral stroke accompanied with shoulder-hand syndromes has related to the disease course and the staging. Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is a better therapy scheme for shoulder-hand syndromes.
