血胆红素、尿酸及血脂水平在糖尿病血管病变中的诊断价值

目的探讨血清胆红素、尿酸及血脂水平在糖尿病（DM）血管病变中的作用及应用价值。方法采用全自动化分析仪，检测46例DM血管病变患者血清胆红素、尿酸及血脂水平，并与50例对照组比较分析。结果DM性血管病变患者血清总胆红素（TBIL）和间接胆红素（NDBIL）含量明显低于无并发症组（P〈0．01），血清尿酸（UA）含量显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），大、微血管组TBIL、UA比较均无差异；血管病变组总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）含量与无并发症组和对照组比较显著升高，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）则降低（P〈0．01）。结论低胆红素血症、尿酸升高及血脂异常与DM血管病变密切相关，检测三者含量对DM并发血管病变有判断价值。

Diagnostic Value of Serum Bilirubin , Uric Acid and Lipid Concentration for Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Vascular Pathological Change

Objective Explore the functions Serum Bilirubin(TBIL), Uric Acid (UA) and Lipid Concentrationserves in Diabetes mellitus (DM) vascular pathological change and its practical value. Methods Vse fully-automatic biochemical analysis machine for observing and measuring Serum Bilirubin, Uric Acid and LipidConcentration in serum in 46 cases. Compare and analyze the results with 50 cases in the control group.Results Serum TBIL and NDBIL content of DM complicated with vascular Pathological change patients wasdistinctly lower than that of the control group without complicatio(nP<0.01),while UA content in theformer group was much igher(P<0.01), and there was no difference of TBIL and UA amount between macro-andmicro-vessel groups, Compared with the control group without complication, TC and LDL-C content for vascularpathological change group increased greatly, yet HDL-C content lowered(P<0.01). Conclution Low SerumBilirubin symptom, Uric Acid increase and Lipid abnormality are closely related to DM vascular pathologicalchange. Therefore ,diagnostic value for DM complicated with vascular pathological change exists in observingand measuring Serum Bilirubin, Uric Acid and Lipid amount.
