摘    要:菌毒净复方消毒剂主要成分为甲醛与苯扎溴铵。悬液试验表明,以其1 % ( 原液100 倍稀释) 水溶液作用3 min 对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达99-98 % ;10 % 水溶液作用3 min 对大肠杆菌的杀灭率为99-99 % ;以原液作用8 h,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率100 % 。急性毒性试验表明,其原液对小白鼠属实际无毒物,对家兔皮肤和眼睛均属无刺激性。原液对所测4 种金属均基本无腐蚀作用。

Abstract:The main ingredients of Jundujing Compound Disinfectant are formaldehyde (1 5%) and bromogeramine (0 4%). The results of suspension test indicated that its 1% solution formed by 1∶100 dilution of the stock solution with water with a 3 min contact time and its 10% solution with a 3 min contact time killed more than 99.99% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli respectively; its stock solution with a 8 h contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. Scrubbing hand and arm with its 10% solution for 2 min could reduce the natural bacteria on skin surface by 90.78%. Its stock solution was essentially not corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum. Acute toxicity test indicated that the LD 50 of its stock solution in mice was>10 000 mg/kg, so it belongs to actually nontoxic substances. The average index of eye irritation in rabbit was 2.5 and the cumulative score of skin irritative reaction was 0, so it belongs to nonirritative substances.
