| 摘 要： | 组织工程和再生医学作为医学上两项起革命性变革作用的技术，对它们的研究方兴末艾，其中支架是这两项技术的基础。支架可分为合成支架和天然支架，天然支架即脱细胞支架有着过去我们所用的合成支架所无法比拟的优点：结构相容性好、无排斥、感染等。其在泌尿系统的输尿管、膀胱、尿道中得到迅速应用和发展。

| Abstract: | The tissue engineering and regenerative medicine bring the revolutionary changes in medicine. The matrices are the basement of these technologies. The matrices are classified into synthetic matrices and natural matrices. The natural matrices have the merits that the synthetic ones haven't which include the compatible structure, no repulsion, no infection etc. The natural extracellular matrices are used abroadly and have the great developmention the urology for example the ureter, bladder and urethra. |
