| 摘 要： | 前曾报道自海南粗榧(Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li)树皮中分得海南粗榧内酯(hainanolide)和海南粗榧内酯醇(hainanolidol)两个中性成分。海南粗榧内酯已证明为一种(艹卓)酮内酯化合物(Ⅰ)。根据光谱分析,海南粗榧内酯醇可能具有与海南粗榧内酯相似的(艹卓)酮和内酯

| Abstract: | The structure of hainanolidol, a neutral constituent isolated from Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li, was confirmed by treatment with lead tetraacetate which gaye a product with IR and MS spectra identical to hainanolide, the structure of which has already been elucidated by X-ray crystallography. The result of the stereospecific reaction of hainanolidol with α-butyric anhydride favored the R-configuration of C14. Since both hainanolide and hainanolidol showed positive cotton effect curries, the absolute configurations of the two compounds, should be interrelated as shown in formulas Ⅰ and Ⅱ. |
