| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸氨溴索（沐舒坦）治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将52例患有慢性支气管炎急性加重患者随机分为两组,实验组应用沐舒坦治疗,对照组应用溴已胺（必嗽平）治疗,观察两种治疗方法的患者在咳嗽、咳痰方面的疗效。结果实验组患者总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为75%,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论沐舒坦在治疗呼吸道疾病中疗效确切,毒性反应小。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of ambroxol on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.METHODS fifty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups,28 patients in experimental group received routine treatment and ambroxol,and 24 patients in control group received routine treatment and bromhexine.RESULTS The overall effective rates of experimental group were 96%,control group were 75%.CONCLUSION Ambroxol is effective in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. |
