两种检测系统测定肌酐和尿素氮的可比性分析

目的探讨两家实验室两种检测系统血清肌酐和尿素氮测定结果的可比性。方法以TBA-40FR检测系统为参比检测系统,以GLAMOUR2000检测系统为实验检测系统,测定40份患者新鲜血清的肌酐和尿素氮,以美国临床实验室修正法规(CLIA′88)允许误差的1/2为标准,将结果进行比对分析。结果在肌酐和尿素氮高、中浓度医学决定水平处,实验检测系统SE%<1/2CLIA′88允许误差;在低浓度医学决定水平处,实验检测系统SE%>1/2CLIA′88允许误差。结论两家实验室两种检测系统血清肌酐和尿素氮素测定结果具有可比性。

Comparable analysis on serum creatinine and urea nitrogen with two analysis systems

Objective To discuss the parahility of serum creatinine （Cr） and urea nitrogen （BUN） results among two kinds of analysis systems in two laboratories. Methods According to National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards （NCCLS） document EP9-A2, the serum Cr and BUN concentrations of 40 patients sera were detected by using TBA-40FR analysis system （comparison system） and GLAMOUR2000 analysis system （laboratory, system）, the results were contrasted and analysed aceoding to the half of clinical laboratory improvement amendment 88 （CLIA＇88） allowed error. Results in the high and middle levels of medical decision standard of Cr and BUN, laboratory system SE% 〈1/2CLIA＇88 allowed error; in the low levels of medical decision standard, laboratory system SE%〉1/2CLIA＇88 allowed error. Conclusion The results of serum Cr and BUN detected by using two kinds of analysis systems in two laboratories showed comparability.
