培土生金法治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌40例总结

目的：观察培土生金法合TP方案化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效。方法：以培土生金方合TP方案化疗治疗的40例作为治疗组，以同期单用化疗药物治疗的40例作为对照组。结果：治疗组实体瘤的部分缓解率为47．5％，对照组为35％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗组病变恶化率为10％，对照组为30％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；生活质量评分改善比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；两组毒副反应发生情况比较也具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：培土生金法可以抑制肿瘤生长，提高化疗药物效果，减轻化疗毒副反应。

A Summary on 40 Cases of Nonsmall-cell Lung Cancer in Middle or' Advanced Stage Treated with Strengthening Earth to Generate Metal Therapy
