胎肝作辅助性移植的应用解剖学研究

作者对80例6～9月胎龄胎肝及附属结构进行大体解剖观察,测量胎肝长宽高、体积、重量、胆囊、胆管、门静脉、脐静脉、肝动脉、腹腔动脉、腹主动脉、肝上和肝下腔静脉的管径和长度;同时观测5例6～10月胎龄胚胎的脐静脉压力,结果提示妊娠中晚期的胚胎肝脏,特别是妊娠7月以后的胎肝,具有较适宜的应用解剖结构,有作为异位辅助性肝移植供肝的可能性。

The Operative Anatomy for Fetal Liver Transplantation

Eighty livers of fetuses aged from 6 to 9 pregnant months were brought into anatomic study. About 22 parameters, including the length,width and height, size and weight of The liver, the transverse and longitudinal diameter of the gallbladder, the diameter and length of the common bile duct, the portal vein, the umbilical vein, the proper artery, the celiac artery, the abdominal aorta, as well as the supra-and infra-vena cava, were measured and noted. The pressure of umbilical vein was also measured in 5 cases aged from 6 to 10 pregnant months. The results showed that the fetal liver, especially after 7 pregnant months, had appropriate operative anatomy for auxiliary liver transplantation in adults.
