胸腔血自体回输在抢救创伤性血胸中的应用

目的：探讨在抢救创伤性血胸患者时胸腔血自体回输的方法及其安全性和可操作性。方法：对2005年3月～2007年11月收治的54例创伤性血胸患者利用胸腔闭式引流，一次性采血袋、输血器将血液回输。结果：52例经过使用上述方法后失血性休克得到纠正，生命体征平稳，获得了进一步治疗的时机。2例严重多发伤虽经积极抢救仍无法挽回生命。全部病例均未出现自体输血引起的并发症。结论：对中等量以上、无明显污染的胸腔血自体回输是一种安全、有效、经济、方便的方法。

Application of Autologous Blood Transfusion in Rescuing for Traumatic Hemathorax in Emergency Treatment

Objective： To investigate the manipuility and safety of autologous blood transfusion in emergency treatment for traumatic patients with hemathorax. Methods： We used the closed drainage of thoracic cavity and gave them autologous blood transfusion which drainaged from thoracic cavity with drainage set,sterile saline bottle and transfusion set for 54 patients with hemathorax from Mar, 2005 to Nov,2007. Results： Among 54 patients with hemathorax,52 cases were rescued with above treatment. Hemorrhagic shock was resuscitated and the vital signs were stable. More time was saved for continue treatment of patients. Only 2 cases died of multiple injury although with active treatment. There were no complications of autologous blood transfusion in all cases. Conclusions： Collecting the blood in thoracic cavity without severe contamination and administrating autologous blood transfusion to patients with hemathorax （above medium amount） is a safety,efficiency, economic and available method.
