全麻复合硬膜外麻醉与单纯全麻在腹腔镜手术中的比较

目的比较全麻复合硬膜外麻醉与单纯全麻在腹腔镜手术气腹后时血流动力学的影响。方法选择80例ASAI-II级择期腹腔镜手术的患者，随机分为全麻复合硬膜外组（A组）和单纯全麻组（B组）各40例，观察两组麻醉期间一般指标的变化。结果两组患者在麻醉后和气腹后在SBP、DBP、及HR上均有显著变化，而B组较A组变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全麻复合硬膜外麻醉在腹腔镜手术中更能提供可靠稳定的血流动力学的变化。

Comparison of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia and General Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To compare general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia alone pneumoperitoneum in laparoscopic surgery after hemodynamic effects. Methods 80 cases of ASAI-II level elective laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into general anesthesia combined with epidural group （A group） and general anesthesia alone group （B group）,each 40,were observed during anesthesia in general indicators changes.Results 2 groups of patients after anesthesia and gas belly SBP, DBP, and HR were significantly on the change, while changes in B group than in group A significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery can provide more reliable and stable hemodynamic changes.
