非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术后房颤相关因素的探讨

目的　调查非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术术后房颤发生率 ,并探讨引起房颤的高危因素。方法　回顾分析 383例非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术的患者 ,并将患者分为房颤者和非房颤者两组 ,调查术前、术中和术后的相关因素 (30个变量 )并进行统计学分析 ,从而筛选出易致房颤的有关因素。结果　房颤发生率 12 .5 %(48例) ,高龄 (>70岁 )、术前脑卒中病史和胸膜破损是引起房颤的高危因素。结论　高龄是导致非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术后房颤发生的病理基础 ,而脑卒中病史和胸膜破损是引起房颤的高危因素。

ATRIAL FIBRILLATION AFTER OFF-PUMP CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS GRAFTING

Objective To investigate the incidence of atrial fibrillation(AF) in patients submitted to off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG), and study the high risk factors involving in producing postoperative AF. Methods Three hundred and eighty-three patients undergoing off-pump CABG were reviewed, who were grouped on the basis of whether AF occurred. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative relevant factors were investigated, from which high risk factors of AF were sereened with statistic methods. Results Forty-eight patients (12.5%) developed AF. The risk factors included age>70 years, history of stroke, and a tear of the pleura. Conclusions The incidence of AF in CABG and off-pump CABG were almost similar. Old age of the patient was the pathological basis for developing AF, and the history of stroke and a tear of the pleura were the predisposing factors.
