四肢骨关节MR梯度回波在半月板损伤检查中的应用

目的通过图像质量对比分析,遴选出半月板损伤MR扫描的最佳方法.方法应用ATSCEN-C四肢骨关节MRI专用低场磁共振机,对30例膝关节半月板损伤患者分别采用自旋回波(SE)T1W、快速自旋回波(TSE)T2W、梯度回波(GE)T2W的矢状位、冠状位扫描,结合关节镜检查对三种序列扫描结果进行分析.结果应用低场梯度回波序列(GE)T2W扫描可提高半月板损伤的诊断.初诊膝关节半月板损伤病人易为低场MR显示,且准确性高.结论梯度磁场(GE)T2W的MRI扫描是诊断半月板损伤较为理想的检查方法.

Dedicated MRI gradient echo used in meniscus injury diagnosis

Objective: To select a better way using MR for diagnosing meniscus injury by means of imag e quality comparative analysis. Methods:The 30 patient's knee jo int suffered from meniscus injury were inspected by ATSCEN-C' dedicated MR with the sagittal and coronary position,the sequences adopt the spin echo (SE)-T 1,the fast spin echo (TSE)-T2W and the gradient echo (GE)-T2W,and then analyze t he MRI result. Of course all knee joints were exam by arthroscopy,and their men iscus were confirmed injury. Results:Making use of the low field gradient echo (GE)-T2W's scanning can improve identifying meniscus injury. Firs t visit a sick person of the correlation of meniscus injury of knee joint is eas y to expose under MR in low field,and its' diagnosing accuracy is higher. Conclusions:MR scanning of GE T2W is optimum method in displaying me niscus injury.
