高师生职业决策自我效能与成就动机的关系

摘    要:目的探讨高师生职业决策自我效能与成就动机的关系。方法采用大学生职业决策自我效能量表、成就动机量表对418名高师生进行测查。结果1高师生职业决策自我效能总体水平较高;2性别差异不显著(P〉0.05);3职业决策自我效能与成就动机显著正相关(P〈0.01);4不同成就动机水平高师生职业决策自我效能的差异显著(P〈0.001)。结论成就动机水平越高,职业决策自我效能越高。

Abstract:Objective To explore relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and achievement motivation of normal college students. Methods Scale of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy for University Students and Achievement Motivation Scale were used for examining 418 normal college students. Results①The career decision-making self-efficacy of normal college students were better. ②Gender difference wasn't significant(P〉0.05). ③Career decision-making self-efficacy positive correlated significantly with achievement motivation(P〈0.01).④Students of different achievement motivation level had significantly different career decision-making self-efficacy(P〈0.001). Conclusion Individuals with high achievement motivation have high career decision-making self-efficacy.
