玻璃体切割术治疗眼内异物

目的 探讨玻璃体切割术治疗眼内异物的手术方法及其有效性和优越性。方法 ３２例患者行玻璃体切割联合眼内异物取出，术中根据眼部情况实施相应的辅助手术，如晶体切割、人工晶体植入、巩膜外环扎、契内注气和硅油等。对术前和术后视力进行比较。结果 眼内异物取出成功率为１００％，术后视力明显提高，视力０．０５～０．４的由术前３例增加到术后１３例，０．５以上的由术前２例增加到术后５例。结论 联合玻璃体切割术不仅能准

Vitrectomy for Removal of Intraocular Foreign Bodies

Objective To discuss the surgical techniques and effectivity of vitrectomy for intraocular foreign bodies(IOFBs)removal.Methods 32 patients were treated with pars plana vitrectomy and removal of the IOFBs,combined with lensectomy.IOL implantation,encircling,silicone oil and C 3F 8 injection.Preoperative visual acuity(VA)with postoperative VA were compared.Results The successful rate of the extraction of IOFBs was 100%.Followed 6 months,post ope VA improved obviously.The number of cases with VA(0.05~0.4)increased from 3 to 13,and that with VA(0.5 and better)from 2 to 5. Conclusion Vitrectomy for removal of IOFBs is accute and effectient.Therefore,the injures are the smallest and post ope VA can improve as high as possible.
