| 摘 要： | 目的 :经支气管动脉内大剂量抗癌药灌注治疗肺癌的探讨。方法 :74例中晚期肺癌进行了支气管动脉灌注 ,分常规组和大剂量组对照分析。结果 :大剂量组的 CR PR比率明显高于常规组 ,经四格表确切概率法检验 P>0 .0 5。结论 :该方法治疗肺癌是可靠的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical value of brochial artery infusion with high dose anticancerous drugs for lung cancer.Methods:74 intermediate and advanced lung cancer petients were treated by brochial artery infusion with general or high dose anticancerous drugs and intravenous sodium thiosulfate.Results:The CR PRs rate in high dose group was significant higher than in general group(p>0.05).Conclusion:It was proved that this therapy was a successful method for lung cancer treatment.
