| 摘 要： | 目的 比较甲磺酸罗哌卡因与盐酸罗哌卡因用于下腹部手术硬膜外阻滞的有效性和安全性.方法 60例下腹部手术患者随机分为两组(n=30):对照组应用0.75%盐酸罗哌卡因持续硬膜外麻醉;试验组应用0.894%甲磺酸罗哌卡因持续硬膜外麻醉.结果 在感觉和运动阻滞的起效时间、效果及效果维持时间以及不良反应方面,甲磺酸罗哌卡因与盐酸罗哌卡因未见明显的差异.结论 甲磺酸罗哌卡因与盐酸罗哌卡因应用于下腹部手术硬膜外阻滞,具有相似的有效性和安全性.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ropivacaine mesylate CEA(continuous epidural anesthesia) and ropivacaine hydrochloride CEA in hypogastric operation.Methods Sixty patients underging hypogastric operation were divided randomly into the control group by 0.75%ropivacaine hydrochloride CEA and the experiment group by 0.894%ropivacaine mesylate CEA.Results There were no significant differences between two groups on the initiating or lasting time of effectiveness and adverse reaction.Conclusion In hypogastric operations,ropivacaine hydrochloride CEA and ropivacaine mesylate CEA possess proximal efficacy and safety. |
