痘苗病毒增强人类白血病细胞免疫原性的实验研究

摘    要:作者应用痘苗病毒处理人白血病细胞制备瘤苗,免疫正常615系小鼠。结果发现,实验组小鼠的NK细胞活性、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)诱生水平显著提高,T辅助细胞数及T_(11)/Ts比值显著提高(与对照组相比,P<0.01或P<0.05),未经痘苗病毒处理的人白血病细胞则无此作用。

Abstract:The tumor vaccine was prepared by treating human leukemia cells with vaccinia viruses, After being immunized mice of the 615 line with the tumor vaccine, the mice's splenic NK cell activity, interlukin 2 level and T cell subsets were measured. The results showed that the splenic NK cell activity, the level of interlukin2, the number of T helper and T_H/Ts(L_3T_4~+/L_Yt_2~+) ratio of the mice immnnizcd with the tumor vaccine were increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05 comparing with control). It is suggested that the immunogenicity of human leukemia cells can be enhanced by vaccinia viruses.
