我国医院感染与护理管理研究的现状

近十多年来，我国对医院感染的研究有了很大的发展，尤其是在医院感染与护理管理研究方面取得了比较大的成绩，国家相继颁布了一系列管理法规，使医院感染管理进入规范化和法制化管理阶段。并建立起较完整的监测、控制和管理的医院感染管理体系，健全了与医院感染管理有关的管理制度、监测制度和质控标准。还培养了一支控制医院感染的护理队伍，且在改进监测手段、实施新的护理对策及修订护理操作常规等方面取得了一系列研究成果，从而使医院感染护理管理发展成为系统的、科学的、实用的完整医学管理体系。

Current Status of Nosocomial Infection Research and Nursing Administration in China

The nosocomial infection research was rapidly progressing in China. Especially, considerable headway was made in the administration research of nosocomial infection and nursing. A series of administration laws and regulations were promulgated so as to make the nosocomial infection administration to be standardized and legal.An integrated administration system of nosocomial infection was improved after establishment of the administration system concerned,monitor system and quality control system. Meanwhile, nursing ranks were trained for controlling nosocomial infection. In addition, a series of achievement were made in the fields, such as improvement of monitor methods, implementation of the new nursing countermeasures, revisal of nursing routines, etc. Thus, the nursing administration for nosocomial infection developed into a systematic, scientific and practical medical system in China.
