经尿道双极等离子电切除术治疗23例良性前列腺增生

[背景]探讨经尿道双极等离子电切除术治疗良性前列腺增生的安全性和有效性.[病例报告]采用经尿道双极等离子电切除术治疗良性前列腺增生23例,其平均手术时间为50min,所切除前列腺组织的平均重量为355g,术后所有患者均未发生经尿道电切除综合征.随访第15,30,45日时,患者的最大尿流量由术前的52mL/s±38mL/s分别提高为204mL/s±42mL/s,225mL/s±43mL/s,213mL/s±41mL/s;国际前列腺症状评分由术前的251分别降低为63,64,53;生活质量评分由术前的55分别下降为16,18,15;以上指标手术前后相比较均有显著性差异.[讨论]经尿道双极等离子电切除术治疗前列腺增生安全且有效.

23 cases of hyperplastic prostate with the bipolar plasmakinetic technique

BACKGROUND?To assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of hyperplastic prostate (PKRP) with plasmakinetic energy.?CASE REPORTS?23 cases of symptomatic BHP were treated by PKRP, and the duration of the procedure was 50?min, and the average weight of prostate that been removing was 35.5?g.The transurethral resection syndrom was not occurred. All cases were followed up after operation for 15～45 days. The peak flow rate increased from 5.2?mL/s±3.8?mL/s to 20.4?mL/s±4.2?mL/s, 22.5?mL/s±4.3?mL/s, 21.3?mL/s±4.1?mL/s at 15, 30 45?d, respectivery. The IPSS decreased from 25.1 to 6.3, 6.4, 5.3;and QOL decreased from 5.5 to 1.6, 1.8, 1.5. No adductor reflex was found in all the patients.?~DISCUSSION ?The transurerhral biolar plasmakinetic resection of hyperplastic prostate is effective and safe.
