以心理咨询为切入点，促进大学生自我心理治疗

目的开展大学生心理健康教育，要以心理咨询为切入点，引导大学生进行自我心理治疗。方法在心理咨询中，师生间建立相互信任的关系，辅导心理学知识，让大学生以自我激励、自我分析、自我重建、自我检查来进行自我心理治疗。结果在心理咨询中，以知识传播为桥梁，大学生能进行自我心理治疗。结论心理咨询是高校大学生心理健康教育的重要部分，我们以心理咨询为切入点，能更好地促进大学生进行自我心理治疗，有利于大学生的心理健康教育。

To Promote College Students' Self-psychological Treatment by Psychological Counseling

Objective To carry out psychological health education in college students and guide students＇ self-psychological treatment by psychological counseling. Methods During the process of psychological counseling, teachers set up a mutual-trust relationship with students and told them psychology knowledge, with which made students conduct self-psychological treatment with self-motivation, self-analysis, self-renewal as well as self-examination. Results During the process of psychological counse- ling, making the communication of knowledge as a bridge, college students were able to conduct self-psychological treatment. Conclusions Psychological Counseling is a very important part in college students＇ psychological health education. We can promote college students＇ self-psychological treatment by psychological counseling much more efficiently, which is benefit to college students＇ psychological health education.
