两种固定方式治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折疗效的比较

目的 探讨有效治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗方法.方法 选取在我院住院治疗的肱骨髁上骨折患儿248例,随机分为甲乙两组,每组124例,甲组经皮克氏针内固定组,乙组为石膏后托外固定组,所有病例全部采用闭合复位.结果 术后随访,时间为3个月至经统计学处理,甲组骨折愈合优良率明显高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 经皮克氏针内固定组的疗效明显优于石膏托外固定组治疗的疗效,值得临床广泛推广.

The comparison of the curative effect of two fixed way children humerus fractures condyle treatment

Objective To explore effective method of treatment on condyle children humerus fractures.Methods In our selection of hospital admission on children humerus fractures condyle 248 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group 124 examples,the first pick in the group’s needle fixed,for the paper after gypsum fixation group,all cases all adopt the closed reduction.Results Postoperative follow-up,time for three months to two years,after statistics processing,the first rate was significantly higher than the fracture healing junior group b,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The peek’s needle internal fixation group had better effects than cast external fixation group therapy,and clinical widely.
