| 摘 要： | 目的 评价氨溴特罗联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿的疗效.方法 支原体肺炎患儿140例,分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合氨溴特罗治疗.结果 观察组总有效率为95.71%高于对照组85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组支原体肺炎患儿均未见严重不良反应事件.结论 氨溴特罗联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿疗效可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate of the efficacy about ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 140 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia in children divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group:azithromycin treatment.The observer group:ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin treatment.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 95.71% higher than 85.71% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The two group found no serious adverse reaction cases.Conclusion It’s good efficacy that ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. |
