血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的观察血塞通注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效性和安全性。方法 96例患者随机分为2组,治疗组56例在常规西医治疗基础上加用血塞通注射液,对照组30例单纯采用西医常规治疗。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分减少明显优于对照组(P<0.01),其血液流变学指标对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

Clinical observation of Panax Notoginoside injection on aute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Panax Notoginoside injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 96 ACI cases were divided randomly into 2 groups,56 cases were treated with combination routine western medicine with Panax Notoginoside injection as treatment group,and 40 cases were administered with routine western medicine alone as control group.Results The neurofunction deficit score(NFD) in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P<0.01).The changes of hemorheology parameters were significiant differences in the treatment group comparing with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Panax Notoginoside injection is effective and safe in the treatment of ACI.
