胸外科患者围手术期呼吸道护理

目的 对胸外科患者手术前后进行呼吸道管理,以防止术后并发症发生.方法 对90例胸科手术患者,加强对患者的呼吸道管理与护理,获得良好效果.结果 经实施围手术期呼吸道护理的90例患者,术后均恢复良好,未发生肺部感染,肺不张,呼吸衰竭等肺部并发症.取得了良好效果.本组病例无1例出现肺部并发症结论 加强患者呼吸道的护理在患者开胸手术的呼吸道管理中特别重要,能使整体护理质量水平得以明显提高,使患者比较顺利地度过围手术期难关,同时也体现了护理工作的科学性和重要性.

Thoracic surgical patients during operation period nursing of respiratory tract

Objective to thoracic surgery patients before and after operation were respiratory tract management,to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications.Methods 90 cases of patients with thoracic operation,strengthen the management and nursing care of respiratory tract of patients with,and received good results.Results After implementation of peri operation period nursing of respiratory tract of 90 patients,postoperative recovery is good,without the occurrence of pulmonary infection,atelectasis,respiratory failure and pulmonary complications.Achieved good results.This group of cases have appeared in 1 cases of pulmonary complications.Conclusion Strengthening the nursing of respiratory tract of patients in patients undergoing thoracic operation respiratory management is particularly important,can make the overall quality of care level was markedly improved,make the patient more smoothly through operation difficulty,but also reflects the work of nursing science and importance.
