平片式无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术的对比研究

目的比较平片式无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床疗效及优缺点。方法对67例接受平片式无张力疝修补术(无张力组)与46例接受传统疝修补术(传统组)的临床资料进行回顾性对照分析。结果无张力组的手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间、术后下床活动时间及术后住院时间均明显短于传统组(P<0.01)。传统组并发症的发生率及复发率均显著高于无张力组(P<0.01)。结论与传统疝修补术相比,无张力疝修补术具有局部无张力、操作简单、患者恢复快、并发症少、复发率低等优点,是治疗腹股沟疝的理想术式之一。

Controlled study on lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair and traditional hernia repair for inguinal hernia

Objective To compared the clinical effects and advantages of lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair and traditional hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia in adults.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed of 67 cases receiving Lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair(tension-free group) and 46 cases receiving traditional hernia repair(traditional group).Results Compared with traditional group,the tension-free group had shorter operation time,postoperative pain duration,postoperative time to start out-of-bed and postoperative hospitalization time(P<0.01).The traditional group had higher incidence of complications and recurrence rate than the tension-free group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with hernia repair,tension-free hernia repair has the advantages of local tension-free,easier surgical operation,quicker postoperative recovery,fewer complications and lower recurrence rate,therefore it is one of ideal hernia repair for inguinal hernia.
