阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块及脑梗死复发的影响

目的观察阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块及脑梗死复发的影响。方法将80例存在颈动脉斑块的脑梗死患者随机分为两组,每组均为40例,均于治疗前及治疗6个月后检查颈动脉彩超,治疗组:口服阿托伐他汀钙片及阿司匹林肠溶片;对照组:口服阿司匹林肠溶片,治疗6个月后分析阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块及脑梗死复发的影响,并作统计学分析。结果治疗6个月后治疗组不稳定斑块率下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组脑梗死复发率小,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林能够稳定颈动脉斑块,减少脑梗死复发。

The influence of atorvastatin and aspirin enteric-coated tablets treatment on carotid plaques in patients with cerebral infarction and recurrence of cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the influence of atorvastatin and aspirin enteric-coated tablets treatment on carotid plaques in patients with cerebral infarction and recurrence of cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction in carotid plaque were randomly divided into two groups,each group was 40 cases,carotid ultrasonography were checked before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,the treatment groups:took medicine of atorvastatin and aspirin enteric-coated tablets;the control group:took medicine of aspirin enteric coated tablet,the analysis of atorvastatin and aspirin enteric-coated tablets treatment on carotid plaques in patients with cerebral infarction and recurrence of cerebral infarction after 6 months of treatment,and maked statistical analysis.Results Unstable plaques rate of the treatment group decreased compared with pretherapy after 6 months of treatment,existing significant differences(P<0.05),compared with the control group existing significant difference(P<0.05),recurrence rate of cerebral infarction in treatment group was small compared with the control group,existing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and aspirin enteric-coated tablets could stabilize carotid plaques,reduced the recurrence of cerebral infarction.
