| 摘 要： | 燥邪致病具有易伤肺系,易成外燥内湿证,抑肝气,生郁火,易与风热相兼等特点.小儿及阴虚或肝火偏旺者是燥邪的易感人群.临证时应注意鉴别凉燥证与温燥证、凉燥证与风寒外寒、温燥证与风热感冒等,方可辨证准确,用药精当.

| Abstract: | Pathogenic dryness may easily hurt the pulmonary system,tend to become syndrome of exopathogenic dryness and internal dampness,restrain liver-qi and produce the depressed fire,and it tends to be combined with wind-heat.Children and people with yin deficiency and exuberance of liver-fire are the pathogenic dryness-susceptible population.The correct differentiation between cool dryness and warm dryness,cool dryness and external wind cold,warm dryness and wind-heat cold,can ensure the accurate syndrome differentiation and specific drug administration. |
