| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究脱毒与非脱毒亳菊微量元素含量的差异。方法 :取亳菊脱毒与非脱毒的根、茎、叶、花 ,测定Se、Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe、Ca、Mg等矿物元素的含量。结果与结论 :Se、Zn、Fe和Mn等微量元素在脱毒药菊的根、茎、叶、花中的含量均高于未脱毒药菊 ,Cu在花、叶、茎中的含量为脱毒药菊高于未脱毒药菊 ,而在根中的含量相近。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare and explore the content of trace elements in virus-free seedling and common seedling of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Method: Root, stem, leaves and flower of virus-free seedling and common seedling were cut down and measured the contents of Se, Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg. Result and Conclusion: The contents of Se, Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu in virus-free seedling were higher than those in common seedling. But content of Cu in root was not different. |
