肠道病毒EV71型手足口病的临床观察及护理

目的总结98例肠道病毒EV71型手足口病患儿的病情观察及护理要点，以利早期发现重症病例，降低患儿的病死率，预防并发症。方法对收治的98例肠道病毒EV71型手足口病患儿，其中病情较重和危重的16例早期转院治疗，对82例予积极治疗和精心护理。结果82例患儿痊愈出院，无发生医院感染及死亡病例。结论系统的病情观察及精心的护理，可防止本病的传播，早期诊断、早期治疗可提高治愈率，防止并发症的发生。

The observation and nursing for Enterovirus EV71 type hand foot and mouth disease

Objective To summarize the pathogenetic condition and nursing main points in 98 cases of EV71 type hand foot and mouth disease, in order to discover the severe cases in the early stage and reduce the fatality rate. Methods The pathogenetic condition was observed and the effective nursing measures were taken according to the clinical symptoms and signs. Results The healing rate was 83.7%, and no hospital infection or death occurred. Conclusions The promptly observation and nursing could prevent the disease spreading and occurrence of the complication, also could help the early diagnosis and treatment.
