黄芪注射液辅助化疗治疗老年肺癌的疗效观察

 目的　观察黄芪注射液辅助化疗治疗老年肺癌的临床疗效。方法　将 12 3例老年肺癌患者按入院先后顺序随机分为黄芪注射 +化疗组 (6 9例 )及单纯化疗组 (5 4例 ) ,两组初治采用EP ,复治采用NP化疗方案。黄芪注射液 2 0ml加 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0ml静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程 2个月。治疗前及治疗 2个月后分别观察病灶大小 ,检测红细胞C3b受体花环 (RBC C3bRR)、免疫复合物花环 (RBC ICR)、T细胞亚群以及NK细胞活性。结果　老年肺癌患者化疗合并应用黄芪注射液较单纯化疗组RBC C3bRR、CD3、CD4、NK细胞活性显著升高 ,(P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　老年肺癌患者化疗时合并应用黄芪注射液可明显改善免疫功能 ,改善生活质量 ,延长生存期

Effective Observation of Huang-qi Injection Assisted with Chemotherapy for Treatment of Elderly Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective This approach purports to observe the effects of Huang qi injection in aiding the treatment of geriatric lung cancer.Methods The procedure is to divide 123 patients suffering from geriatric lung cancer randomly into two groups, one group of patients (69 cases) is treated with chemotherapy plus Huang qi injection, the other group (54 cases) is treated with single chemotherapy.The first stage of treatment for both groups is done by EP method of chemotherapy,and the successive stage by EP method.The Huang qi injection is done by 500ml 5% glucose liquid mixed with 20ml Huang qi liquid by venous instillation,the patients are injected one time per day and the period of treatment is two months.The observation involves observing the size of disease focus,checking up Red Blood Cell C3b (RBC C3b RR),RBC ICR,the Tlymphocyte subsets and the activity of NK cells.Results The observation shows that in the group treated with chemotherapy in combination with Huang qi injection,the activity of RBC C3b RR,CD3,CD4,and NK cells has significantly promoted ( P < 0.01 ), in contrast with the group treated with single chemotherapy.Conclusion It may be concluded that in the treatment of geriatric lung cancer,the combination of chemotherapy with Huang qi injection is significantly helpful for improving immunity and lengthening the lives of patients.
