| 摘 要： | 器官来源直接影响到人体器官移植技术的发展,心脏死亡器官捐献(DCD)是器官来源的重要途径和方式。完善器官捐献的制度,保护器官捐献者及其家属的合法权益,使其知情权和同意权等到全面的履行,从而提高社会的认可度和参与度,最终解决器官来源紧缺的状况。

| Abstract: | The source of organs directly affected the development of human organ transplant technology.Donation of cardiac death（DCD） is the important approach of organs.To create better system of organ donation and to protect the interests of organ donors and their families so that people’s right to know and to consent could be fully performed.Thus it can improve social recognition and participation,finally to deal with the shortage of organs. |
