恶气与肿瘤病机关系探讨

通过复习文献 ,对肿瘤病机进行了探讨 ,并根据《内经》理论提出了“‘恶气起’是肿瘤发生的关键环节”的中医假说。认为“恶气起”是肿瘤发生前必有的一种病理状态 ,是肿瘤发生的关键环节 ;恶气是指能直接推动肿瘤发生的病理产物、致病因素 ,是由于正邪相争日久 ,正不胜邪 ,正从邪化而成。这对于发展肿瘤病机理论和指导肿瘤防治及研究具有一定意义

Pathogenic Factors and Pathogenesis of Tumor

By reviewing TCM literature, the author explores the pathogenesis of tumor and puts forward a TCM hypothesis: Action of pathogenic factors is chiefly responsible for the tumor's formation in accordance with Cannon of Internal Medicine. It is considered that action of pathogenic factors is a necessary condition prior to tumor setting in as well as a key link to giving rise to this disease. Here, pathogenic factors refer to pathological products which directly foster the tumor development and cause disease. Exhausted by a long-term struggle between the vital qi and pathogens, at last the vital qi fails to conquer the pathogens, thus is dominated by them. This study has a great significance in development of pathological theory of tumor, guiding the prevention and treatment and the research work.
