摘    要:医院文化要作为灵魂来融入并指导医院的人力资源管理,医院文化所提供的价值标准、道德规范和行为准则,不仅是医院人力资源规划、人才招聘配置、员工的教育培训与绩效管理体系中的精神支柱和行为依据,同时又为医院培养高素质人才队伍创造了一个良好的环境和氛围。

Abstract:Management of human resource in a hospital should be based on the special hospital culture. The value standard, moral rule and standard of behavior which were included in hospital culture were not only the basis of management of human resource, but also source of good atmosphere for training high - quality talented personnel. Hospital culture plays important roles in human resources planning, human resource recruitment and staffing, staff education and training, system of performance management.
