经皮肺穿刺介入治疗肺结核空洞的临床疗效分析

目的探讨经皮肺穿刺介入治疗肺结核空洞的临床疗效。方法对82例肺结核空洞病人随机分为治疗组（42例）和对照组（40例）,两组均采用全身抗结核治疗,治疗组加用经B超或经CT引导下肺穿刺介入抗结核药物,然后两组比较临床疗效。结果疗程结束时,治疗组病灶吸收率、空洞闭合率、痰菌阴转率分别为92.8%、90%、92.6%;对照组分别为57.5%、方55%、57.7%。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论经皮肺穿刺介入治疗肺结核空洞疗效肯定,,可促使痰菌阴转、空洞闭合,并发症少。值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Percutaneous Transthoracic Biopsy Interventional Therapy in Patient with Plumonary Tuberculous Cavity

Objective investigating the clinical efficacy of percutaneous transthoracic biopsy interventional therapy in patient with plumonary tuberculous cavity.Method dividing 82 patients with plumonary tuberculous cavity into two groups of therapy group （42 patients） and control group （40 patients） at random.Two groups all undergo regular anti-tuberculosis medication,the therapy group is added with pharmacological intervention by using B-Ultrasound or CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy.Afterwards,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result At the end of the treatment,among the therapy group,the infection focus absorptivity,the cavity closure rate and the sputum conversion rates are respectively 92.8%,90% and 92.6%; among the control group,these are respectively 57.5%,55% and 57.7%.There is significant difference between tho groups （P0.01）.Conclusion the efficacy of percutaneous transthoracic biopsy interventional therapy in patient with plumonary tuberculous cavity is effective,it can promote sputum conversion and cavity closure with fewer complications,which is worthy of clinic application.
