| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨一种有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)性不孕。方法 :对 12例PCOS患者 15个周期采用促性腺激素刺激卵泡发育 ,配合经阴道B超下卵泡穿刺术释放卵子 ,再行人工授精的方案治疗。结果 :治疗周期中获得妊娠 4例 ,妊娠率为 2 6 .6 7% ;治疗后第 2次月经周期中 1例自然妊娠 ,其它病例在 3个月内月经恢复正常 ,但之后 5例月经周期延长 ,2例复发闭经 ;患者血中LH和睾酮值治疗后明显低于治疗前 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :卵泡穿刺配合人工授精 ,能迅速阻断PCOS的病理环节 ,具有创伤较小、疗效确切、简便等优点 ,可作为治疗PCOS性不孕一种选择。

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess an effective method for treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) induced infertility.Methods: 15 cycles of 12 patients with PCOS induced infertility were performed with ovulation induction, follicle drilling and artificial insemination. Results: 4 patients gained clinical pregnancy in the treating cycle. The pregnant rate was 26.67%. One was an addition to pregnant cases in the second cycle. The others had a normal menstruation within 3 months, but after then, 5 patients appeared oligomenorrhea and 2 had amenorrhea. Blood luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone levels of the patients after ovarian follicle puncture treatment were lower than those before. Conclusion: The treating program can inhibit PCOS pathophysiological process. It is a simple, safe and effective method for treating PCOS induced infertility. |
