| 摘 要： | 目的:评价康体多治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性荨麻疹患者118例,随机分为治疗组(64例)和对照组(54例)。治疗组:5%葡萄糖注射液250m l加康体多注射液40m l静脉滴注(1日1次),同时口服西替利嗪片(lOmg,1日1次)、外用炉甘石洗剂(10d数次),10d为一疗程,连用二个疗程。对照组除未静脉滴注康体多外,其余用药与治疗组相同。结果:治疗组总显效率(76.56%),对照组总显效率(51.86%),两组间总显效率比较差异有高度统计学意义(X2=7.89,P<0.01)。结论:康体多治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效高,安全性好,无明显的毒副作用,可供临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection(Kangtiduo)in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Method:A total of 118 chronic urticaria patients were included in the experiment,were divided into 2 groups randomly.For the treatment group,compound glycyrrhizin injection(40ml,Kangtiduo) and cetirizine(10mg) once a day,the control group were treated with cetirizine(10mg) once a day.All the course of treatment were 20 days.Result:The effective rate for the treatment group was 76.56%,and 51.86 for the control group.There as significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(X2=7.89,P<0.01).Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin injection(KangTiDuo) is effective and safe for chronic urticaria. |
