| 摘 要： | 主动脉夹层微创腔内治疗技术10年来发展迅速。本文总结了随之出现新的与微创腔内治疗相适应的分型、分期方法，当前的诊断方法，治疗中的技术难点及并发症的处理方法。

| Abstract: | In the last decade, there was a great development of endovascular stent-grafts exclusion for aortic dissections. This paper reviewed the new typing and staging methods adapted to endovascular therapy, the current diagnosis methods, the key point of operation, and how to deal with complications. |
