医院传染病漏报自动监控信息系统的功能设计与应用

目的利用医院信息系统控制传染病漏报。方法在医院信息系统基础上开发疫情报告与漏报自动监控软件，采集疫情相关的门诊诊断、检验结果、检验科报卡信息进行计算机校核发现漏报。结果通过门诊诊断、检验科报卡、传染病相关检验阳性结果与传染病报卡病例的自动核对筛查，达到发现并控制传染病漏报。结论传染病漏报自动监控信息系统能有效控制医院传染病漏报。

Functional design and application of automatic surveillance information system for omitted hospital reports of infectious diseases

Objective The present study was conducted to control the omitted reports through hospital information system.Methods Based on the hospital information system, automatic surveillance soft wares of epidemic report and omitted report were developed, and relative clinic diagnoses, test results and card information in clinical laboratory were collected and checked by computers to find out omitted reports.Results Through the automatic checking and screening of clinic diagnoses, clinical laboratory cards, infectious-relative positive test results and reported cases of infectious diseases, omitted reports of infectious diseases were found out and controlled.Conclusion Automatic surveillance information system for omitted report of infectious diseases can effectively control the omitted hospital reporting of infectious diseases.
