不同类型急性脑卒中血压变化的动态观察

目的：探讨不同类型急性脑卒中患者血压的变化规律及其护理。方法：对96例急性脑卒中患者(其中42例脑出血、54例脑梗死)第1天作24h动态血压测定，第2天开始每隔12h记录1次，连续记录7d，第9～13天每天晨6～7时记录1次，第14天按第2天方法再记录1次。结果：脑出血组与脑梗死组发病第1天24h及夜间平均收缩压和舒张压均高于正常；脑出血组24h内血压多呈持续升高，而脑梗死组主要表现为血压波动。结论：血压的昼夜波动特点与发生脑卒中的类型有密切关系；加强对血压的监测，尤其对夜间血压的调控是减少并发症、促进康复的必要措施。

Trend observation of blood Pressure change on different types of acute cerebral apoplexy

Objective:To observe the blood pressure change on different types of acute cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods:96 hypertension patients,42 cases were hemorrhage and 54 cases were infarction,were taken trends blood pressure 24 hours,then recorded the blood pressure every 12 hours from the day 2/to day 7,then recorded it again on the fourteenth day.Result:Cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral infarction group were higher than the control group in average systole pressure and diastole pressure in 24 hours and nighttime,there was significant differences(P<0.05);but cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral infarction group was significant differences(P<0.05);the blood pressure rising in cerebral hemorrhage groups mostly happened in 24 hours and the blood pressure of cerebral infarction were fluctuating.Conclusion:The change of blood pressure was closely relative to the type of falling cerebral apoplexy.Reinforcing blood pressure monitor and control,especially at the nighttime is considered as the good way to reduce complication and help healing.
