| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨浸润性乳腺癌中整合素β1蛋白的表达及其在乳腺癌侵袭转移过程中的作用。方法：应用免疫组化Elisivion法检测62例浸润性乳腺癌组织中整合素β1蛋白的表达水平。结果：腋淋巴结转移者中整合素β1阳性率高于无腋淋巴结转移者（P〈0.05）;组织学分级Ⅲ级者,整合素β1阳性率明显高于组织学分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者（P〈0.01）。结论：整合素β1蛋白是乳腺癌浸润和转移过程中的潜在生物学标志,随着整合素β1表达水平的增高,肿瘤细胞的恶性程度增加并且侵袭性增强。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the expression and biological significance of beta1 integrin in invasive breast cancer and the function of beta1 integrin in invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.Methods： The immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate the expression of beta1 integrin nuclear antigen in 62 cases of invasion breast cancer.Results： The positive expression of beta1 integrin in axillary lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in the group without node involvement（P〈0.05）,beta1 integrin positivity in histological grade Ⅲ was stronger than that in grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： beta1 integrin is a potential marker for invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.Malignancy and invasion of breast cancer correlates to increased expression of beta1 integrin. |
